Columbia (MO) Regional Day 4 Recap


Louisville 16 Missouri 6

The Louisville Cardinals advanced to their first ever Super Regional after knocking off Missouri 16-6 in the final game of the Columbia (MO) Regional. The Cardinals jumped on the Tigers early by scoring eight runs in the first inning. They were led by a monster day from Chris Dominguez who hit two homers in the game with a first inning grand slam and a three run shot to accumulate seven RBI. The Cardinals now advance to the Super Regional for the first time in their history and will host Oklahoma State next weekend. Missouri ends the season with a 42-17 record.
