A legend is Lost

Today is a sad day for College Baseball fans as one of the best coaches in the history of the game has left us. Rod Dedeaux died at the age of 91 in his home in Georgia after complications from a stroke. He won 1,332 games in his career while losing only 571. He will be missed around here as the College Baseball community mourns his death.

NCBWA All-Americans Released

The NCBWA has released their preseason All-American teams. It is led by Matt LaPorta, Drew Stubbs, Shane Robinson, Dallas Buck, and Ian Kennedy. The rest of the team can be seen here.

The season is coming

This is an interesting year coming up. We have many changes in the College Baseball world with the Boston College Eagles joining the ACC and Tulane having to deal with the affects of Hurricane Katrina. I will be posting season previews every 2 or three days for different conferences. I am still looking for some more writers so feel free to write to me.
