Towson edges Maryland in 13 innings

The Towson Tigers picked up a 7-6 victory over the Maryland Terps on Wednesday. Junior rightfielder Brian Conley hit a one out single to left center to drive in the winning run in a two run bottom of the 13th. The Tigers were losing 6-5 entering the bottom of the 13th after Maryland shortstop hit his second home run in the top of the inning. The Tigers also made a three run comeback off of potential All-American closer Brett Cecil who blew his save chance. The Terps will be back in action when they host Wake Forest in a weekend series.
