FSU finally loses

The Florida State Seminoles finally lost a game after starting the season with a 23 game winning streak. Jacksonville University took advantage of two errors in the third inning to score four unearned runs to lead the Dolphins to the 5-3 victory. Former FSU player Ryan McArdle hit a two run double in that third inning to give the Dolphins the lead for good. The attendance for tonight's game was 3,109 which is a record crowd at Alexander Brest Field. The Seminoles will host Boston College for a weekend series while Jacksonville hosts Kennesaw State in conference action.
